Management and Administration

The Management and Administration degree is designed to prepare students for careers in both government sector and private sector positions. The degree work includes a variety of management studies. These include human resource management, organizational behavior, group dynamics, supply chain management for the manufacturing and service sectors, business ethics, and sustainable development. For a minor, students may select from Marketing, International Business, Economics, Sustainable Development, Environmental Science, Anthropology, or Archaeology.

This program is offered also in a hybrid online format from two of our campuses, Belmopan and Orange Walk. Students in this program attend classes on Saturday only, with the program running for a fixed two year period.
