Requirements for Admission:
- 1 completed application form
- 4 passport size photographs
- 1 copy of information page from passport
- 2 official copies of transcript from current or past institution
- Proof of Financial Support
- US$60 application fee
The following forms must also be submitted along with the completed application packet:
